The Multisports MS 3200 Home Gym is multi-station home gym with a single 200 lb. weight stack. Is has an impressive list of stations: press, pec deck, leg press, high pulley, low pulley, leg ext./curl, ab crunch and VKR. It also features Range of Motion Adjustments which provide variable starting positions on the press and pec stations.
There are 2 seats, so expect this machine to take a lot of space. Each seat has adjustable positions that allow proper positioning when exercising. And the design of the leg press allows for over 400 lb. of resistance. It is all in all impressive from the first time you lay your eyes on it.
