The Hoist v2 Home Gym has an all in one design and some innovative ideas that provide full range of motion for great exercises. It feels like you are practicing with free weights, but you are not. The free motion helps you to use your secondary and stabilizer muscles, for a complete workout and more defined bodybuilding.
It has a 150-pound weight stack, which can be upgraded to a 200-pound weight stack. There’s also an accessory holder behind the weight stack where you can put something that you want or need. The Hoist V2 has a weight shield covering the whole stack as an added safety measure.
The seat can be adjusted to two different positions for added comfort. While the back pad can be adjusted to five positions. The multi function roller pads can also be adjusted; they are upholstered and are equipped with aluminum end fittings. It was built to accommodate any kind of user with any size.
