Hoist v1 Home Gym Review

The Hoist v1 Home Gym is the entry level home gym for this V series from Hoist. It is a flexible home gym that doesn’t have some of the features that the others high end home gyms in the Hoist catalog have, but it is a good home gym that will deliver good exercises.

It is sleek and attractive, compact not to take too much space in your house and still has options for you to grow from this base and expand your home gym with optional equipment. The Radial Loc weight system is also quiet and smooth, and the Split Weight Cabling is a great feature that increases the cable travel and delivers 50% resistance to mid-low pulleys.

Good for an entry level home gym

The Hoist v1 Home Gym is built to stand the test of time. It has good quality and keeps many of the features that are included in other more expensive home gyms from Hoist. Even so, the price tag isn’t for anyone that just wants to buy a home gym and is a heavy investment; you have to pay for the quality you get.

The seat and back pad can be adjusted and provide quick and easy to change exercise positions to accommodate users with different body sizes. The multi-function roller pad ensures correct exercise body positions for both leg extension and standing leg curl exercises. Also the standing leg curl allows you to exercise independently each side.

The press arms were also designed to allow changes in position that can be done fast and easily, changing the start position for different users to their beginning stretch positions. This Home gym was designed to give comfort to all users and tries to accommodate everyone that tries to use. Great if you want your whole family to use it and get in shape.

You get a home gym that has high quality and feels like any other health club gym. It is a great investment if you are to take your workout seriously; otherwise it is best to go with other gyms that are less expensive.
