Fit for beginners

The Gold’s Gym Power Series GS 2500 allows you to work every major group of muscles in your body, the standing squat station, high pulley and low pulley; you can exercise with full motion and use the cable crossover design. It is also compact and has a wide range of exercises.

From the leg muscles with the squat station, the high pulleys will work your upper body and the low pulleys are great for back, shoulders, arms and chest. You have it all described in the exercise chart and you can make your own workout plan.

The weight stack provides a resistance of up to 150 pounds, even though this is enough to make beginners sweat and reach their limits, for more experience users of fitness equipments this will be a bit disappointing. Even so, it is once again a home gym that has everything going for a beginner.

This gym has had some good and not so good reviews. It can’t please everyone but can and will be a good choice for many users that are looking for an affordable home gym that isn’t too much complicated and still delivers a good range of exercises that allow them to work their whole body
