TotalGym - Chuck Norris Exercise Equipment

If you have seen the infomercial on TV with Chuck Norris, you are either convinced or not that a Total Gym machine is for you. You may not be aware that Total Gym Inc has been in business since 1974. Since then, the company has won a lot of awards and had a lot of studies done with their machines to show just how safe and effective they are for all people to use.

If you aren’t convinced that a Total Gym is for you, the company gives you 31 reasons why you need to change your mind.

Sure, some of the reasons are really lame (and could be used for all fitness equipment), like “#2: Convenience” or “#23 Improves Health”, but some of the reasons are actually quite good and may just convince you (for example, #25, which says that you are using your own body weight as natural resistance to help get you into shape).

Total Gym Equipment - Is It Really Any Good?

You must remember that the TotalGym is just a piece of fitness equipment.  It is not magically going to burn off 30 pounds of fat in 14 days.

What it is going to do however is give you a really good full body workout that can be scaled up in intensity by increasing the angle of the machine. As far as home gyms go it (along with the Bowflex) is probably the best machine for giving you a full body workout at a reasonable price.

It might take a bit of getting used to as it is not like any other home gym equipment on the market but if you have used fitness equipment before, want to get a full body resistance workout on one piece of fitness equipment then you can’t really go past the Chuck Norris TotalGym
