The Powertec Leverage System offers over 20 free weight exercises in leverage, all just like using free weight machines, but with the safety of the leverage system. The seat on this workbench has numerous positions and the adjustment is easy to be done, it is mounted on an axis allowing it to get out of the way to open space for power movements like rows and squats.

There is also a high and low cable system, leg extension and leg curl with a new side handle grip access, the arm curl machine is optional and recommended that you buy it to complement the rest of the Powertec Leverage System.

Do not be fooled by its simplicity

The Powertec Workbench Rack System frame is built with mig welds and consists primarily of 2 1/2″ square along with 3″X 3″ rectangular steel tubing raging from 2.0 to 2.5 mm or 12 gauge wall thickness. That is serious engineering there and it means it is solid and strong as stone.

You can work out your entire body; the bench can actually be removed so that you can use the gym in totally innovative ways. You can start working you legs with squats, curls and extensions at the end of the bench. You work your back with lat pull downs and remove the bench for low rows with the cable from below the base.
