The Multisports MS 3200 Home Gym is multi-station home gym with a single 200 lb. weight stack. Is has an impressive list of stations: press, pec deck, leg press, high pulley, low pulley, leg ext./curl, ab crunch and VKR. It also features Range of Motion Adjustments which provide variable starting positions on the press and pec stations.
