Great free motion functional trainer

Bowflex does it again and builds up a great Home Gym with the Bowflex Revolution XP Home Gym. The Revolution was a bit bulky and had some corners that needed polishing, the work was done and the Revolution XP stands in the shoulders of the Revolution and soars high in excellence as a functional trainer.

The patented SpiraFlex plates from the resistance of this Home Gym are smooth, consistent through the entire range of motion and have a great feeling when exercising. You can easily adjust the resistance from 10 to 300 pounds. It also enables the Revolution XP to be much smaller than other gyms that use weights.

This ingenious technology was used in space, since free weights do not work in zero gravity environments, the Spiraflex plates work with a heavyweight rubber strap that winds up tightly around a coil, and voila, you have resistance and a great work out.

The Freedom Arms are great, offered by independent pulleys that adjust 170 degrees with 10 different settings. You can easily change position and resistance settings, to work your upper body like with no other machine. It has more than 100 exercises, and 400 variations, that sometime are a bit boring.
